Custom Medal 2D
Most customers will choose 2D Custom medals. However, they lack the embossed effect of 3D Custom medals. However, it’s more beneficial to the designers. It helps their imagination and construction of the artwork. The artwork can outline the shape of the custom medal we want on the paper.

Plain woven ribbons come in many colors. You can choose based on the event’s theme. All colors are matched to the Pantone color card, which we can provide for customers to make quick choices.
Ribbons are available in standard lengths of 750mm, 800mm, 850mm, and 900mm and standard widths of 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm, and 38mm. If these standard sizes are not suitable, custom sizes can also be made to meet specific requirements.
Custom Medal with One Color Printing Ribbon
One printed medal ribbons have the unique feature of being able to print text and logos onto plain ribbons. The printed text and logos are raised on the surface of the ribbon, touch with your hands to feel the layers.
The ribbon itself is based on the plain woven ribbons described above, and you can choose a single color such as yellow, green, purple, red, white, black etc. You can choice for stripes ribbons, such as two-color stripes, three-color stripes, or even customize the stripes to match your country’s flag colors.

Custom Medal with Sublimated Ribbon
The biggest feature of the contrast between the heat transfer ribbon and the printing ribbon is that the colorful logo or pattern can be done same as the ribbon design including the gradual color and small text, bright and clear color, suitable for complex ribbon design.
The material of heat transfer ribbon is polyester, which is more soft and will not hurt the skin, and it is more recommended to use heat transfer ribbon in children’s event.
The pattern of the heat transfer ribbon is printed on the paper, and then the pattern on the paper is transferred to the ribbon using heat and pressure, so the heat transfer ribbon is more wear-resistant and will not fade for a long time.

1.Are you a source customized medals factory or a trader?
We are the source manufacturer. We founded our award medals factory in 2013. The plant area is 3600 square meters. There are 80 workers and 18 sales representatives. We have perfect production processes:

2.Have your customized medals factory passed any verification with international standards?
Yes, our factory has passed ISO 9001:2015. We also passed SEDEX and national environmental protection certificates.
Our award medals factory is clean and tidy. The workers place the goods in a standard way. We also inspect and maintain equipment.
To not burden the environment, our factory does not discharge sewage. The sewage treatment company purifies the sewage before being discharged.
In some workshops, the air is filtered by activated carbon before it is released.
3. Which city in China are you located in? If we come to visit the customized medals factory, is it convenient?
Our custom medals factory is located in south China Dongguan City. The city is prosperous, and the traffic is well-developed.
It only takes about 2 hours from Hong Kong to our factory. It only takes about 40 minutes to get to our city from Shenzhen or Guangzhou by train.
The people here are friendly. The food is rich. The hotels are very convenient. Each city has many international hotels for safety and health.
If you want to visit our customized medals factory but are concerned about the traffic, we can pick you up from the airport to the hotel.

4. We need to order some custom medals for our tournaments/events. What should we do?
It is easy to get your customized medals; you need to provide us with the design of your custom medal drawings. And you can do any shape. It can be regular round or square. It can also be as irregular as you like. Custom medallions can be designed with cut-out and texture effects and can be 2D and 3D. If the medal logo and text need to be colored, they can be soft enamel, imitation hard enamel, printed, and UV printed.
The standard sizes of engraved medals are 44.45/50/50.8/55/57.15/60/63.5/65/70/76.2/80/88.9mm, and the standard thickness is 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5/5mm.
There are many kinds of electroplating colors of custom medals. Please refer to the above introduction or contact us. There are four kinds of ribbon custom medals: solid color, stripes, silk screen printing, and heat transfer ribbon. Tell us the size, thickness, and ribbon style; we can quote for your reference. If you agree on the price and confirm the custom medallions order, we will make production artwork and proforma invoice for you to confirm.
We will mark custom medal size, metal layer effect, color PMS#, and ribbon effect on the production artwork. We will have custom medal detail information in the order PI for your checking again. If the production artwork and order PI are OK, you must pay 30% before production and the rest before shipment.
5. If we order custom medals and need samples first, how long does it take for samples, and how long does it take for mass productions?
After the customized medals artwork is confirmed and the deposit is arranged. We generally need 5-7 days to sample personalized medals. If the process is particularly complex, the time will be slightly longer. But some customers will ask why it takes so long for 2-3 samples for custom medals.Although there are several samples, the process is the same as making hundreds of products. They must go through:
- mold carving
- mold saving
- mold making
- die casting
- stamping
- polishing
- electroplating
- coloring
- ribbon
- packaging
We need quality inspection for each process.
The mass production time of 100-300 custom medals is about 12 days.
- For 301-500 custom medals, it is 15 days;
- for 501-2000 custom medals, it is 18 days;
- for 2001-5000 custom medals, it is 20 days.
6.How to ensure the quality for every customized medal? Do you do QC before shipment?
We have quality inspectors for every process of custom medals. They have to check every custom medal. To ensure that there is no problem with quality in the current process and also a previous process.
Before proceeding through the following process, we must check each custom medallion. If we find that there are defects, we will solve them immediately. Sales representatives must confirm and sign the packaging method before packaging and shipping.
7.What is the transport way and how long can we receive custome medals if we place the order?
We usually send medals by express. The carriers we always use are DHL, FedEx, and TNT.
DHL and FedEx priority services are rapid. It only takes 3-5 days to get to Europe, North America, Oceania and Australia.
If you choose FedEx economy and TNT services, it takes 6-10 days. The express transportation option is very convenient.
The courier will send the award medals to our designated address, office, or home. And we provide tracking numbers to customers so that they can trace them to see where the parcels are.
When the weight of your medal reaches more than 150kg, you can transport it by train (for most European countries) or by boat.
But the shipping time for fish is two months. Shipping can save a lot of transportation costs.
Apart from this, you can choose between pick-up or door-to-door delivery services.
8.The information about Custom Medals
We have provided customized medals. The size of custom medallions ranges from 30-152.4mm. The thickness is usually 2-5mm. If you want to be thicker, it is OK. The plating colors are bright, antique, and other dyed colors.
